JR. PACK
The Minnesota Timberwolves partner with a local nonprofit (Big Brothers Big Sisters last 2 years) to sign 15 new honorary members to their roster, as part of the Jr. Pack. In addition to signing an honorary contract, Jr. Pack members have one-on-one time with players, watch practice, and eat lunch in the Owner’s Suite. The Jr. Pack is honored on-court during a home game and will participate in monthly events throughout the Timberwolves season. Monthly events have included Holiday Shopping, Job Panel, Basketball Clinic, Watch Parties & Volunteering.

Nike Game Growers
Nike Game Growers is an exclusive opportunity for 7th and 8th Grade girls aged 13+ to share their ideas on how to encourage more girls to play sports. Two girls are selected by each participating WNBA or NBA team as Game Growers Co-Captains to develop ideas that could grow sports participation for girls. Game Grower Teammates are 7th and 8th grade girls, who want to participate in exclusive Game Growers experiences that empower them to grow sport for girls in their communities.
NBA FIT Week
Description: NBA FIT is the league’s comprehensive health and wellness platform that encourages physical and mental wellbeing for fans of all ages. NBA FIT Week shares important health and safety information and encourage fans to take care of themselves and each other – both physically and mentally. The Timberwolves, along with the Timberwolves & Lynx Basketball Academy host a variety of clinics throughout the week with a nonprofit partner.

Lynx Fit Clinic
Description: The Minnesota Lynx, along with the Timberwolves & Lynx Basketball Academy host a variety of clinics throughout the season focusing on basketball skills and drills. Recent clinics were offered to Special Olympics.

Our Court. Our Future.
Throughout the summer, the Minnesota Timberwolves travel across the state of Minnesota to help neighborhoods take their love of basketball outdoors with the Our Courts. Our Future. program, presented by U.S. Bank. The team calls upon fans to help decide which communities in designated regions receive a multi-season court refurbishment. As courts are unveiled the community is treated to a ribbon cutting ceremony, complete with a chance to play on the restored court with Timberwolves players, assistant coaches, and alumni. During the 2020-21 season, the program shifted to focusing on renovating two indoor courts with Boys & Girls Club.
Dream Team
The Minnesota Lynx partner with a local nonprofit (Big Brothers Big Sisters in 2019, no program in 2020) to sign 5 new honorary members to their roster, as part of the Dream Team (name change pending). In addition to signing an honorary contract, Dream Team members have one-on-one time with players, watch practice, and eat lunch in the Owner’s Suite. The Dream Team is honored on-court during a home game and will participate in monthly events throughout the Lynx season. Monthly events have included Job Panel, Basketball Clinic, Watch Parties & Volunteering.

NBA Her Time To Play
