Individual Training

The Timberwolves & Lynx Basketball Academy offer private lessons for all ages and skill levels. These individual training sessions allow us to customize the workout to your strengths and weaknesses to take your game to the next level. Training sessions are led by Steve Brown, the Timberwolves & Lynx Basketball Academy’s Director.

Small Group Training

Small group training is offered for all ages and skill levels and creates a unique environment to compete and improve with your friends. The training will focus on post and perimeter skill work along with proper mechanics of basketball.

Team Training

Team training workouts are offered through the Timberwolves & Lynx Basketball Academy as well. For the past two years the Basketball Academy has directed training for many successful boys and girls high schools.

Performance Training and Nutrition

Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine – in partnership with EXOS – offer programs to prepare youth and high school athletes to maximize their body’s potential while increasing productivity, and decreasing injury with strength, endurance, and flexibility. Through these programs, EXOS Performance Specialists assist the athlete in achieving higher levels of success in their sport.

ACL Injury Prevention

Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine offers a comprehensive series of strength, balance, and functional movement assessments through its ACL Injury Prevention Program. This is done by creating an all-inclusive, personalized plan to strengthen and stabilize your body, address the specific risk factors presented by your sport, and reduce the risk of ACL injury.
